32 year old Lauren Cameron has been missing since Dec 11. Family members said that Cameron went to Hawaii with her boyfriend and was last seen Wednesday. In the report it said that she was swept out by a strong current at the Hanakāpī‘ai Beach.
The Kauai Police Department stated that the search for Cameron has been suspended as of Saturday. There is no information why they suspended it, but multiple agencies have been involved with the case for the past three days.
